My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are now in a non-judgmental, warm, and supportive environment. I take a person-centered approach that supports you as the expert in your own life. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. My clinical experience has focused on clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and Autism in elementary school, high school, and residential settings. While I specialize in working with children and teenagers, I enjoy working with people at every stage of life. I provide neurodivergent-affirming care and have experience working with LGBTQ youth, life transitions, career goals and professional exploration, and family therapy. As a RYT-200 registered yoga teacher, I'm passionate about incorporating mindfulness techniques when they may be helpful in managing symptoms of anxiety, stress, and burnout. I use an eclectic blend of therapeutic techniques depending on your goals and background, including: - CBT - DBT - Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy - Play therapy - Trauma-Focused CBT - Motivational Interviewing - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Pronouns: She/her/hers
