Although she was unable to see my daughter because of a disorder she doesn't work with. Katera took nearly 30 minutes of her day to talk with me about it over the phone, and steered us in a good direction. She gave me a lot of pointers to get us by until we see a specialist in the other field. Great lady that was willing to go above and beyond.
