We all have the ability to be our best self. My role is to help you tap into your potential and encourage personal growth while providing the space you need to rethink patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve you. Personal transformation can happen. During your therapy sessions, we will utilize therapeutic techniques to define your concerns and create realistic goals. I believe the relationship between counselor and client is very important, and real change begins in an environment where you feel comfortable and validated. Wherever you are in your life or healing process, I will meet you there and provide the support you need. You can live your best life when you fully accept yourself. Finding comfort and peace within yourself and your life is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Let's work together to make this a reality for you. My specialties include easing the symptoms of anxiety, recovery from addictions including alcohol and drugs, mood disorder support (depression, bipolar), PTSD, adult ADHD, and stress management/loss of self-esteem. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Akron. I am currently accepting new clients and look forward to meeting you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
