Hi, I'm Kay! The foundation of my therapeutic practice is the belief that change allows us to move forward, transformation allows us to be our best self, and reflection provides us with the best options for the future by looking back on what we have accomplished. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Vermont with a Master’s degree and five years of professional experience. I have a passion for helping clients navigate through stress and anxiety, relationship issues, college or career difficulties, and much more.
I specialize in a range of areas including addiction, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, autism spectrum support, borderline personality disorder, children's mental/behavioral health, developmental disabilities, family relationships, gender identity, life transitions, OCD, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, spirituality, stress, trauma, and traumatic brain injury.
In our sessions, I am here to listen and help guide you to find the best version of yourself. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It is never easy to ask for guidance or help, and I appreciate the strength and energy it takes to take that first step into counseling.
