I Came to her with the worst sciatica pain crisis of my life and she did the works on me to make sure I could feel the best I could, along with a plan to work on my own time at home as well

Went to PT for the first time due to some pain in my left rotator cuff and Kathrina fixed me up right away. She gave me the works... Different exercises, stretches, electric stimulation, acupuncture and a solid follow up plan. The pain I had been experiencing for months simply melted away thanks to Kathrina. Look no further if you need an outstanding Physical Therapist.

Whether it's neck, shoulder, back or leg pain, Dr. Kathrina knows exactly what to do to get me back into good working shape!
I can really feel the effectiveness of her therapeutic massages after the session and throughout the days that follow. She also sets me up with great exercises to do at home for maintenance and core strengthening.

I was skeptical of the 5/5 rating but truly it’s deserved. She was so attentive and knowledgeable and actually LISTENED! Not that I had to explain much, she was able to spot treatment areas just by my posture when sitting. She was so validating and I felt so safe and cared for.
