*** Please Note-Concierge Pain Relief PT is an out-of-network provider that only accepts certain types of insurance. Insurance coverage varies policy to policy. A doctor of physical therapy will personally reach out to you upon scheduling an assessment to gather your information and verify your insurance. Please note when scheduling that this process can take 24-36 hours prior to being approved with insurance; therefore, next-day appointments are not encouraged unless paying out of pocket. _________________________________________________________________________ Dr. Dave Kittle, DPT, earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Joseph's University-University City Location. He also holds a BSc in Exercise Science and is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dr. Kittle recognized a gap in sports medicine, orthopedic, and neurological care where patients were not being treated holistically. Additionally, he observed that many patients attend physical therapy in crowded offices where therapists treat 3-6 patients simultaneously. That's why Dr. Kittle and all of his staff PTs provide one-on-one treatment. This approach allows the therapist's full focus and attention to be on you, and no one else. We treat a range of conditions and specialize in chronic pain, nerve pain, joint issues, sports injuries, neurological conditions such as Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis, as well as fitness re-entry. Our therapists hold certifications including McKenzie Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT), Active Release Techniques (ART), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Functional Movement System (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Fitness. Dr. Kittle spends his spare time playing men's league hardball baseball and enjoying time with his physical therapist wife, Annie, and their young son, Davy Jr.
