About Reginald Tiu
Restore Plus Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation began as the dream of a young physical therapist who served the Sunnyside area for more than 10 years. With a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas, he combined his education and experience to create a place dedicated to healing and care. As fate would have it, one incident led to another, and with the support of his family and patients, the company was born. Now located in a newly renovated office in Long Island City, we provide top-quality service not only to people in Long Island City and Sunnyside but also to nearby areas such as Woodside, Astoria, Manhattan, and as far as Jackson Heights and Maspeth. Our convenient location along Queens Boulevard offers easy access to the subway, bus, and street parking.

I booked my appointment through Zocdoc which is advertised on their website. My booking was confirmed via Zocdoc email but apparently not by their office. So, taking time off to go there and just being told that in fact I don't have an appointment because they "don't sync with Zocdoc" was more than disappointing. What a waste of my time!

What more can you ask for than an amazing doctor and team of caring staff that makes you feel immediately at home the minute you arrive. There was wonderful communication, and they took the time to really listen and try to evaluate how I felt, with my injury. Even though I shouldn’t be typing, (hence the appointment), I had to write this review, as the care was exceptional. I felt they gave me a very thorough, helpful and attentive visit, ! They use state of the art therapies, and you leave feeling as if you had a fulfilling visit. I Highly recommend!!! Easy location to get to, by train, walk, metro. Clean office, and comprehensive care ! So run, don’t walk. I can’t wait for my next session !

I feel confident based on the office's assessment that my PT will help get me back to my normal activity. While I didn't see the specific doctor who founded the practice, my assigned PT specialist is great. They listen well and adjust your program based on your feedback of what is working and what isn't. I came in a skeptic, but I'm confident this PT will help.

I was late due to train delays and called ahead of time to let the office know I would be late. They were really nice about it. As soon as I done with filling out documents and all necessary paper work, I was seen by the doctor promptly. Dr. Reggie Tiu was able to put things in perspective for me. It's not easy to be told not to do something that you love doing, but he was able to give me hope. He listened and answered all my questions. I think that is what really made me feel better, is that he listened to my fears and requests.

Nice place, conviniat location. Co-workers are very friendly and one has the feeling you've been taken care of right away!! Dr. Tiu was careful and while listening what the problem was, was already creating program for me. Highly recommended PT location!!

I had a great experience with Reggie, Alyssa and company! I suffered from IT band syndrome on both legs from running. After the marathon I couldn't run more than 2 miles without pain with my IT bands. Finally after not being able to complete 1 mile without pain, I began to start physical therapy.
As I write this, I am coming down from a runner's high from running 10 miles - Pain Free!!
Alyssa and Reggie were great and introduced a regiment of daily homework exercises/stretches and as sessions went on introduced more challenging exercises.
Alyssa, worked with me thoroughly and checked on the status of my running/pain as the therapy went on. They determined a good discharge schedule which I feel was very appropriate (whereas in a past experience with a different PT office I felt that treatment was just carried on even though I was already healthy). Additionally, when I "graduated" from Reggie's they sent me off with a program of exercises and stretches I should be doing!
I highly recommend Restore Plus, I honestly feel like they're looking out for your best interest and they are very knowledgeable and friendly.
