What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide psychotherapy services only and do not prescribe medication. Our first appointment is a free 15-minute call to make sure I am the right fit for you. Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected as you navigate a major life change? Maybe you're carrying stress, anxiety, or unresolved trauma that's holding you back. I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore these challenges, uncover deeper insights, and develop tools to move forward. Together, we'll work toward finding relief, building resilience, and creating a life aligned with your values and goals. You don't have to face this alone-let's take that first step toward healing and growth. I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, trauma, and life transitions. Using a blend of psychodynamic insight and evidence-based tools, I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed approach tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful strategies for healing, growth, and lasting change.
