I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the transformative experience I've had with KaTodra Jackson as my therapist. As a black man, the idea of therapy felt daunting and taboo, but KaTodra's unwavering support and ability to create a safe space allowed me to break down those barriers and truly engage in the healing process.
KaTodra's guidance has been instrumental in helping me navigate and properly acknowledge my emotions, something I never thought possible. She provided me with invaluable tools and resources that not only facilitated my personal growth but also helped me address and heal from past traumas I wasn't even aware of.
