Often, people are eager to improve but lack the tools needed to make this goal a reality. You may find yourself feeling stuck, frustrated, overwhelmed, grieving, sad, or anxious about your life. I plan to meet you where you are and hope to help shed some light on that dark place. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Lamar University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you through these challenges.
