I am a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor (TX #85736) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (TX #16201) with over 7 years of extensive experience in the behavioral and mental health fields. Initially focusing on children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, my passion deepened as I pursued my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Texarkana in 2021.
My expertise extends to working with children presenting with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and various neurodivergent diagnoses. Employing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—including play therapy, sandtray therapy, art and music therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy—I tailor my approach to meet each child's unique needs. Recognizing the significance of the family dynamic, I also offer family counseling to address holistic needs.
Beyond my work with children and families, I provide compassionate services to adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I am dedicated to fostering healthy communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection in couples, aiming to strengthen relationships and promote personal growth.
My ultimate goal is to create a safe and nurturing counseling environment where clients can explore, heal, and grow. I am committed to empowering individuals and couples to find fulfillment, purpose, and positive change in their lives. Through my dedication and expertise, I strive to support clients in their journey toward personal growth and well-being.
