I'm Erin Perko, a therapist with a Master's in Social Work from Ohio University. I help women who struggle with burnout, people-pleasing, overworking, and feelings of ?never enough? to ditch the anxiety that runs their life. I love helping them feel better equipped to express their needs and actively create space for their own rest and joy.

I believe in the transformative healing power of being seen and heard in a safe, authentic relationship. I'm going to bring my skills, knowledge, and training but you're the expert on your own life.
Our collaboration in healing is everything. I show up as a real person and believe that everyone is doing the best they can with what they've got. I’ll help you identify your strengths, cultivate your inner and outer resources, and make concrete plans that are in line with your goals.
We can also look at how our world shapes us. This means looking at social/cultural factors and political influences and how those are impacting your mental health. And at the same time, we're going to use evidenced-based therapies like EMDR, ACT, CBT as well as others to help you get to where you want to be.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
