Katy has been one of the best therapists that i have ever worked with. She is kind, warm, open-minded, intelligent and authentic, as well as having many other positive attributes. I have never had a therapist listen as intently and really "get me" like she does. With her assistance, I am starting to rebuild my self-confidence and the belief that I deserve more in life than what I've been allowing myself to receive. My background is in social work and counseling support for older adults and their families facing the many challenges of aging and serious illness.
