Kavita was both warm and welcoming and communicated clearly. She striked a good balance of not assuming that I knew basics without being condescending or pretentious. She heard me out and took the time to demonstrate that we were on the same page. Her tech around the registration process pre-appt was also good, meaning that our face-to-face time could the most productive it could be.

Kavita has worked with me from day one on resilience and skills to improve my own life. She blends talk with breathing and meditation, as well as helping me set goals and use new tools to deal with anxiety, depression, and life challenges.
This is my first time meeting with a counselor and I was very anxious going in. Kavita helped me feel at ease right away with her warmth and dialogue. I never feel like I am talking to a wall or someone just taking notes. She always speaks with me and that helps me feel seen and heard; like I am able to work through my feelings with someone on my side.
