“Jess communicates well, is a good listener and helps my daughter feel validated when she expresses her concerns or feelings about certain situations. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to voice my concerns at the beginning of the sessions since my daughter doesn't always disclose challenging encounters that we've dealt with due to her behavioral issues.”

My favorite part of LOA is how woman-friendly it is. The staff here is so warm, friendly, and caring. Shout out to Jess, Mary Grace, and Lauren - they are amazing. I've never been made to feel safer and more comfortable by a therapy group, even while discussing things that make me feel vulnerable.
