I work with many young adults who are currently experiencing distressing life transitions and seeking to find more confidence in themselves. I specialize in treating stressors related to academic, career, or relationship changes, all within the context of the pandemic. I treat anxiety, depression, traumatic phases of life transitions, relationship stressors, traumas, and LGBTQ+ issues.
I have worked for many years in Community Mental Health settings with individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness. I am an advocate for social justice across all mental health treatment settings. I prioritize creating safety for you to feel able to talk about anything you want during sessions. I respect your autonomy and view the therapeutic relationship as collaborative to support you in reaching your goals.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs.
