Using principles of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory, we’ll tune into what’s authentic in you, cultivate a deeper awareness of your intrinsic value and worth, and problem-solve together, to understand and change the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are getting in your way.
Anxiety tells us fulfillment is a destination, when in truth it’s all about the journey. From the Midwest of my origins, to the corporate nonprofit structures of NYC; from the authentic and mission-driven grassroots culture of the San Francisco Bay Area, on spiritual leadership pilgrimages to France and Israel, and back again to my clinical work here in NYC… mine has been a nonstop and ever-evolving journey.
