I work with adults, teens, and couples navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, social isolation, conflict and the particular pressures that come with life. I am deeply invested in helping clients heal from trauma and PTSD, manage crises, resolve conflict, and build the resilience and coping tools that make lasting change possible. Our inner and outer lives are predictably challenging and no one should have to navigate them alone. What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring lived experiences to understanding the challenges that often go unspoken. I know firsthand what it is like to be a young adult who needs help or a person who has found themselves in crisis. This is also a second career for me. I worked in media and arts. I can provide support to clients in related fields or thinking of a career change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I foster a therapeutic space grounded in non-judgment, openness, curiosity and genuine collaboration. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each person drawing on person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, narrative, existential, and mindfulness-based therapies rather than any one-size-fits-all method.
