Dr. Kerry Nolan earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami after receiving a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University. Since completing her education, Kerry's professional focus has been orthopedic rehabilitation with a concentration in weightlifting and powerlifting. Kerry's career in physical therapy was prompted after her own experiences with multiple soccer-related injuries and surgery; finding a love for strength training, due to both its physical and mental benefits, has inspired Kerry to share that passion with her clients regardless of age, gender, or background.
Through continued education, Kerry has attained both Clinical Weightlifting and Clinical Powerlifting certifications through Clinical Athlete, and has undergone training with the Titleist Performance Institute to become Level-1 Certified in the treatment of golfers. Kerry's career has exposed her to all level of athlete, from weekend warrior to professional level – but, no matter the client, her focus continues to be creating an alliance centered around each individual's personal goals and developing self-efficacy through exercise and strength.
