"Hello, I'm Kevin. Do you struggle with depression, anxiety, or ADHD? Have you experienced substance use, marriage conflict, or difficult relationships in your family? Do you need help processing trauma? It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help – and I respect that courage. Together, we will work to discover your strengths, and I can help you leverage those strengths to build coping skills that will help you in everyday life. We will tailor therapy to your needs and goals, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and your own experiences.
If you experienced traumatic events, those events may be fueling the challenges that you face today. You can expect me to deliver holistic, trauma-informed therapy that helps you address depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. You can gain control, acceptance, and balance in your life.
I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. My specialties include working with individuals dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, intimate and romantic relationships, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth services for those who prefer or require remote sessions.
