I work with clients who have been struggling with post-traumatic stress, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout related to their jobs, with the effects spilling over into their personal lives and relationships. EMDR therapy can help you process the traumas. Strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Post-Traumatic Growth Therapy can help you cope with and integrate these experiences so you can find joy again.
