Kimberly assists clients in navigating life issues by utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. In her work with individuals, couples and families she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based Interventions, Motivational Interviewing and Internal Family Systems techniques.
Kimberly is a Gottman Level 3 trained therapist and has done extensive work with couples. She is a certified Prepare/Enrich Marriage facilitator, a certified Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work facilitator and has an Integrative Sex and Couples Therapy certification.
Kimberly has experience working with crisis management, trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, self-esteem and confidence issues. Kimberly believes that acceptance is a key part of meaningful change and self-liberation. Healing and flourishing is the primary goal she has for her clients.
