I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), with almost 20 years experience. I've worked with all types of diagnosis and populations; in various settings. The bulk of my experience has been in the non-profit arena & working with trauma survivors (anxiety & depression). I utilize an eclectic variety of treatment approaches (primarily CBT) to help clients achieve their goals. I meet the client where they are & encourage a collaborative treatment approach throughout the process. I strive to empower clients by building on the strengths they already have & providing the skills & tools they may be missing. I truly enjoy helping people to be their whole & authentic self.
