I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who practices in the Richmond, VA area. My practice is virtual only currently, but I hope to expand to in-person care in the future. My approach I approach each client individually. I love therapeutically connecting with people and hearing their stories. My goal is to listen without judgment, learn about you, and work collaboratively with you to process situations, emotions, and find coping skills and solutions that work for you. My focus I love working with young adults up to older adults. I will meet you where you are. Some areas I provide support for are depression, anxiety, other mood disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, job stress, and past traumatic experiences. As I get to know you better, I tailor my approach to your needs using a variety of therapeutic modalities. I will offer you a safe environment to process your feelings and concerns without judgment. My communication style I prioritize clear communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I utilize active listening and will give you opportunities to process your experiences as we work together to find solutions. If we’re working through something challenging or you are in crisis, you can expect me to be calm and patient. My goals for you I believe that therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll identify and set goals that you want to focus on. Some examples could include improving relationships, building self-esteem, or achieving other personal goals. As we work together, your priorities may change as you develop a new perspective. We can adapt our treatment plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you. I’m here to provide you with the support and tools you need to continue to move closer to where you want to be, even when things feel challenging.
