“Will I ever be able to find peace?” Over my 13 years in practice, I've seen countless clients find that they CAN work through things they thought they’d never beat. I’ve seen marriages get healthier and couples start to connect and enjoy each other again. I’ve seen depression fade, anxiety become more manageable, and joy return.
I work with adults (ages 18-90, so far…) who are processing loss, trying to make sense of pain, navigating relational difficulty, or hoping to reduce anxiety.
The couples I see are often in gridlocked conflict. Using the research-based Gottman Method, I've seen couples learn new ways of communicating and dealing with conflict. I've seen broken trust repaired, and joy return.
Clients say my compassion and warmth create space for healing. Combined with evidence-based practices (EMDR, Gottman Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems, cognitive behavioral therapy), I've seen many clients find traction to get moving in areas where they have long been stuck.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. During my training, I completed an internship at Tidwell Social Work, which enriched my clinical experience and deepened my commitment to client-centered care.
