I have extensive experience working with individuals from the teenage years through older adulthood. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University. I would love to get to know you and your goals!
What should a new client know about working with you?
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns. Additionally, I incorporate a Person-Centered approach, which focuses on exploring personal and cultural beliefs. If you're looking for something more short-term, I also offer Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to identify immediate goals and actions.
