My ideal clients are age 5 and up. They may be coping with mental health in a variety of ways whether it is trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, anger, SI/HI, life transitions, romantic issues, family struggles, parenthood, conflict and conflict resolution, communication, self-esteem and others. I am looking help guide and empower clients to improve their quality of life in small ways or larger ones and hopefully increase their peace and positivity.
I draw from many theories and techniques and do my best to individualize treatment to the client and their needs. I want to hear about any therapeutic experience and things they found helpful as well as things they thought were useless. Using CBT, CPT, DBT and reality therapy and many other influences the goal is to listen and find effective treatments.
I encourage everyone to attend therapy. All of us need to take time to focus on our own needs sometimes and many of us do not do it enough. I hope everyone takes the leap to call and try for the first time or return to therapy. I believe a more positive quality of life is waiting.
