My mission is to establish a safe and welcoming space in order to create a comfortable, trusting environment. I am very passionate about encouraging self-awareness and personal growth in order to assist and empower clients in identifying goals, overcoming challenges and achieving their full potential. I believe that each and every client is different and requires individual assessment. Working to build an atmosphere centered in trust and respect, I work diligently to construct and engage comprehensive treatments aimed toward building clients’ self-esteem, bolstering their empowerment and improving their overall quality of life.
I graduated from Monmouth University with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and have worked with clients of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds. Applying an empathetic approach, I work to tailor a combination of therapeutic approaches specifically to meet the needs of each client, some of which include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Client-Centered Therapy, Art and Play Therapy.
I am extremely active and enjoy being out in the world. I am an avid runner and soccer player. In my spare time, I enjoy crafting, yoga, meditation, hiking and exploring new trails.
