Kyra is wonderful - over the past couple of years I’ve been speaking with her, she’s helped me with some of the most difficult times in my life. I really appreciate her approach, as she’s not the kind of therapist to just ask questions and cause you to speak the entire time, leaving you wondering if you actually gained anything from a session other than provide a talk track and open some wounds in the process! On the contrary, Kyra offers thoughtful practical, and actionable recommendations, while still being very respectful of the unique situations we’re all faced with, and the difficulty of sometimes making hard decisions. She has a great sense of humor and always makes me feel at ease. She’s able to quickly gather resources and materials to support our discussions, and implement positive adjustments. I can honestly say that my life would look very different if I didn’t have Kyra’s support. Could not recommend her more highly!

Kyra Lindstrom is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 4 years of experience specializing in depressive, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders, recovery from an eating disorder, as well as life transitions and stressors. She works with clients between the ages of 22 and 65+, utilizing an integrative approach tailored to each client's needs. Some of the approaches she employs include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation.
