I have been in the mental health field since 2004. I became fully licensed in 2014. I have worked is several mental health hospitals; outpatient programs; community programs. I currently have my own practice. My treatment modality is CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy where the focus is on changing negative thoughts. I work with individuals ( ages 12-65 ); couples and families. I specialize in helping those dealing with trauma; depression and anxiety. However have experience helping with anger management; goal setting; conflict resolution and stress management as well.
