Hello, I'm Buck. With over 25 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including children, geriatrics, couples, and individuals. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi and am a Certified Level II EMDR practitioner. Throughout my career, I've worked in various settings such as private practice, inpatient/residential treatment, and community agencies, which has given me a broad perspective on the different ways to support my clients. I've been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Maine, Tennessee, and Georgia, and currently practice in Florida. My journey in mental health has also been enriched by over 30 years of practicing and teaching meditation and retreat practices. Raised in Georgia, I spent 20 years in Maine, three years in Tennessee, and have been enjoying the sunny life in Florida for almost three years now. I believe in helping clients identify and achieve their goals through a combination of clinical and empowerment techniques. Whether you're dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, or navigating life transitions, I'm here to support you. I also have experience with issues related to family relationships, gender identity, grief, physical health, military support, phobias, PTSD, intimacy, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma. Outside of my professional life, I love fishing, reading, and embarking on new adventures, especially those involving water or air activities.
