She helped me reprogram a lot of limiting beliefs and heal from a lot of trauma. I’m still using the things she taught me every day. I could not have found a better counselor aligned with my needs. She helped me change my life for the better.

In the 30 years of my professional development, I have created a unique approach to bring hope and strength, healing and transformation to my clients. The process of empowerment begins with acceptance, trust, forgiveness and gratitude. Throughout the years I have been a psychology professor, worked in private practice, healing centers, residential treatment centers, hospitals, and schools with youth and adults.
My philosophy is based on strengthening your relationship with Self, others and with the world. Sometimes life can be very difficult. The way we flow is through acceptance of change, shifting our attitude into greater altitude and raising our consciousness. Your session will entail therapeutic healing practices that will transform negativity, challenges and past trauma. Acceptance of "what is” and self-forgiveness are intermediaries to attaining the peace that you seek.
