As an LPCC with a Master’s in Clinical Health Counseling from the University of Redlands, I help adult individuals find solutions to problems, feelings, and thoughts about life and its struggles. Whether it is something in the present moment or an issue from the past that needs healing, my goal is to provide a safe space in which you can be heard, understood, and non-judgmentally supported. The therapeutic relationship is, above all the education and techniques in the helping field, the most important part of therapy. It is essential that you feel comfortable with your therapist and are willing to change your situation. I know it takes courage to reach out. Whatever it is, we’ll get through it together.
I am also a Person-Centered Expressive Arts Therapist, so if talk therapy is not enough, perhaps a creative arts approach will provide a healing solution for you.
