I believe that admirable qualities exist in all of us and in the courageous human condition to gravitate towards personal betterment even in the midst of hardship. While we strive towards progress, our thoughts and behaviors can fall into rigid patterns. I enable individuals to break through unhealthy habits, extend out of comfort zones, overcome challenges, rediscover inner wisdom, and ultimately reach authentic rewards. Each person is their own expert, and I will empower you to get there.
I offer specialized eating disorder, mood, and trauma therapy to adults and teens. While I see clients individually, I also coach caregivers in again accessing their children. Together, we can rediscover your values and reconnect you to a life you deem satisfying in the long run.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.
