I help you do the deep work, understand the roots of your patterns, transform trauma, and build new intentional patterns centered on joy, connection, and your core values. I'm a warm, affirming somatic therapist who blends mind-body practices, EMDR, and parts-work to help you heal so you can build a more aligned life and relationships. I hold a Master's in Social Administration, Community Practice for Social Change, from Case Western Reserve University, which informs my commitment to holistic healing and social empowerment.
