Laurie was a great therapist for me, especially when it came to managing my anxiety. Laurie was responsive, patient, kind, and I appreciated the collaborative dialogue of our sessions (rather than it feeling like a one-directional interaction). Laurie provided me wiht tools and reflective prompts that I will use moving forward. I recommend Laurie as a service provider.

I teach you how to have a compassionate relationship with the hurting parts of you, so that it can choose other ways to get its needs met. When parts of us are acknowledged, they calm down and create more space inside to heal. I also engage with your core self strengths in order to remind you that you do have positive qualities and gifts which we can sometimes forget. Internal harmony is the goal and a journey worth taking!
