A variety of treatment modalities include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Center, Solution Focused, and Solution Focused Therapy.

It is my pleasure to work with adolescence, adults, and the geriatric population. Through evidence-based practices, personalized care, and a safe therapeutic environment, I am committed to supporting individuals in their journey toward mental and emotional wellness.

My approach to goal setting with clients involves a collaborative process that focuses on addressing specific behavioral health needs and promoting positive change.
My first session with you
During the first session, we will engage in conversation to build a rapport. I will explain the purpose and process of therapy, including discussing confidentiality and signing consents, as well as obtain assessment information to understand your needs and collaboratively develop a treatment plan.
