Welcome! I earned my PhD in Human Learning and Development and my MEd in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University. My passion lies in working closely with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression, divorce/grief, workplace dissatisfaction, cross-cultural concerns, generational trauma, parenting struggles, PTSD, life transitions, and self-esteem issues.
