I’m a Washington licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with additional certifications in pelvic health. I’m passionate about helping women to go back to doing what they love and not feel limited or embarrassed. I take pride in providing compassionate, delicate, and holistic care to my patients. My goal is to give patients as many tools as possible so they can take control of their conditions independently.
I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2021. During my last clinical rotation, I was lucky to participate in an intensive 10-week training with a highly experienced pelvic floor physical therapist at the Everett clinic. I speak English and Russian fluently and am a certified medical interpreter.
What can I expect during my first visit?
During your first appointment, your therapist will conduct a thorough evaluation, including a detailed medical history and discussion of your symptoms. They may perform an external and/or internal examination (if appropriate) to assess the function of your pelvic muscles. Together, you'll develop a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.
