Lindsay is a phenomenal therapist. I feel lucky and honored to work with her. She has a perfect mix of kindness, compassion, discernment, and pragmatism. I've been with her only 3 months and already feel major shifts in how I think about myself and my life. Could not recommend more highly.

Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I am a dedicated therapist who treats each client with compassion and empathy. I empower my clients to make positive changes and heal. You can rely on me to be nonjudgmental, and unbiased, and to provide an environment that promotes trust, tranquility, and teamwork. I will help you by utilizing behavioral approaches that challenge your thought processes, judgments, and patterns of behavior.
My ultimate goal is to motivate you to attain your goals, heal wounds, and lead a healthy, independent life by becoming your change agent. I have been a mental health provider since 2007 and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive therapy, and motivational interviewing. My practice focus is on clients struggling with anxiety and depression, self-esteem, relational conflict, issues related to parenting, and women’s issues.
