I came to therapy with the intention to developing strategies in keeping my from being too negative in my life during difficult times. My time was very well spent, and I have a much better, more positive, and more assertive outlook on my life. I feel more myself after going through therapy.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for working with children, adolescents, and families. I have 10 years of experience working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, low self-esteem, trauma, self-harm, family conflict and interpersonal struggles.
I strive to help all my clients and their families attain a sense of safety, and I recognize that progress looks different for everyone. I use a strengths based, non-judgmental approach, listen with empathy and respect, and recognize that it takes courage and effort to work through issues.
I utilize several techniques including solution-focused therapy, DBT and CBT. I also use a family systems approach, and believe healthy communication and validation of self and others is key. I look forward to meeting you and providing you with a positive therapeutic experience!
