I specialize in helping people with OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I really enjoy supporting folks navigating emerging adulthood and/or life transitions, while building self-compassion and confidence. I also support folks within the queer community who are exploring their gender and sexual identities. I am passionate about helping folks with multicultural identities process their experiences of living within oppressive systems and build generative community relationships.
