I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am EMDR trained, IFS informed, and I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I am a Jesus-loving therapist and I offer evidence-based modalities to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, depression and personality disorders.
I graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor of Science in Psychology. I graduated from my Master's Degree in 2009 and have been helping people since then. I am a mother to four children ages 10-14
