I completed my Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies at Moravian College and received my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Chestnut Hill College. Trained as a generalist practitioner, I have significant experience providing holistic counseling working with children, adolescents, traditional college aged students, and trauma survivors. I believe each individual can benefit from a counseling approach uniquely tailored to meet them on their journey of authentic self discovery.
As an athlete and former coach, I also worked with high school and college athletes dealing with sport specific performance issues. In addition to being certified in Trauma Art Narrative Therapy, I have been trained in specific modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy. I have worked with various populations ranging in both age and diagnoses, while utilizing many counseling approaches. nnt services.
