I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring both current challenges and deeper experiences that may be impacting their well-being. I incorporate approaches such as EMDR to help process past experiences, while also using CBT and DBT tools to support coping, emotional regulation, and meaningful change in everyday life. I work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, from everyday life stressors and transitions, to challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation.

We will move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what you need in the moment. Sessions may involve exploring life experiences, learning practical ways to cope with what may have happened, and developing tools that foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
