Engaging in therapy and stepping into vulnerability takes courage and inner strength. I believe strongly in the value of the therapeutic relationship and create a space where young adults and adults feel heard, accepted, safe, empowered, and supported. All humans deserve a safe and nonjudgmental environment to walk through fear and negative cognitions into personal growth.
When providing support, it is imperative to be attentive to both the mind and body. I support my clients in exploring their emotions, challenging their thinking, and manifesting the life they want to live. I partner with individuals to facilitate their journey in increasing self-esteem, confidence, and developing healthy coping mechanisms so they can overcome any challenges life presents.
I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree from California Lutheran University, which have equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively.
