Hello, and thanks for visiting my profile. My name is Mai, and I offer sessions both in-person and through telehealth. I understand that you might be experiencing a difficult time, whether it's a significant transition, a loss, or feelings you're unsure how to handle. This can be overwhelming and scary, and sometimes the hardest step is acknowledging the need for help. I believe in the innate capacity we all have to heal and grow, and I am here to help you uncover this strength within yourself. Since 2013, I have worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate various life challenges. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Temple University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively. Together, we will build awareness and understanding of your experiences, explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other, and develop tools to foster growth and wellness. I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, stress, grief/loss, and depression. My approach is holistic, incorporating meditation and mindfulness practices to support your journey.
