Seeking therapy can be an intimidating and overwhelming process. From acknowledging that you'd like more support to searching for the right therapist for you, it takes effort and courage to face your challenges and risk vulnerability. That is why I aim to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can bring your full, authentic self into the room. To be open without fear of judgment is to move towards freedom and expansion. I especially enjoy working with (QT)BIPOC individuals, couples+ & families to explore issues of race, sex, gender, culture, and other identity that may be impacting your overall wellbeing.
This work is anti-capitalist, de-colonial, and abolitionist. It is also somatic, sex positive, and for the erotically marginalized (non-monogamous/poly & kinky). As a couple, family, and sex therapist, I believe problems reside between people and not within them. De-stigmatizing and normalizing sex and pleasure, while healing our collective shame, allows us
to move freely in our bodies. Together, we'll approach your challenges from a relational and systems perspective, putting into consideration the context, environments, and systems we all reside in. You are the center of your story and expert on your life. We'll build upon and utilize your innate strengths to better understand yourself and your needs to heal.
