Hello! Welcome to LIV Counseling, LLC!
I want to congratulate you on your courageous decision to embark on this journey. I understand that sharing personal struggles is not easy, and vulnerability can feel uncomfortable. However, with any success, one must get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
I created LIV Counseling in 2021 to fulfill my desire to help those who feel lost, lifeless, emotionless, and withdrawn from life's greatest pleasures. I believe everyone has the ability to be the best version of themselves. I am Mexican by nature and American by heart, and I integrate both cultures to bring my authentic rhythm to the work I provide to my clients. I also value honesty, commitment, and communication, and I incorporate these values into my practice. My approach is not religion-based but rather focuses on the spiritual self.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively on their healing journeys.
