Dr. Rosenblatt is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has also obtained Certificates of Added Qualifications in Pain Management and Sports Medicine.
He has held teaching appointments at the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University, Nova Southeastern University, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York Medical College, New York University School of Medicine, and is currently a member of the attending staff of Beth Israel Medical Center.
Dr. Rosenblatt received the American Arthritis Foundation Award in 1987 and the Jawaonio award in 1999 for treating the handicapped. He has also been recognized as one of the Top Physicians by Consumer's Research Council of America twice; once in 2010 for pain management and more recently in 2012 as an interventional spine physician.
He has patented the Dynamic exoskeletal orthosis device which is an apparatus that operates as an adjustable protective brace for the protection and rehabilitation of joints. Dr. Rosenblatt also patented the Synchronized Photograph Identification which is used to store information on a photograph. He is the author of Low Back Pain: What You Need to Know through Center Path Publishing (2008) and his forthcoming Muscle: What You Need to Know to be published in the spring of 2013.
Dr. Rosenblatt is currently a member of the Spine Institute at Beth Israel Medical Center with special interest in electromyelography (EMG), physical therapy and interventional pain management in the treatment of patients with spinal conditions.
